Western NC has felt like home ever since I came from Kentucky to attend Warren Wilson College and officially moved here in 1985. I started doing direct care about 15 years ago and started at Open Hearts in June of 2018. I love assisting our artists to create visual art as well as expressing themselves with movement. I enjoy dancing, music, reading, yoga, walking my dog, and being outside. I’m so grateful to be at Open Hearts and I am proud of the work we do.
