Karen is happy to join Open Hearts as the Human Resources Assistant this time around.  Previously, she had the privilege of being a Direct Support Professional, as well as administrative support, for the agency.  She has a degree in Health Care Administration from UNC-Asheville and has over 25 years of experience working in the field.  Karen and her husband have lived in the area for many years and enjoy taking in all the beauty it has to offer.
